On Monday the 3rd December 2018 Tecserv will have relocated from our existing premises in the South East to our newly refurbished depot located at 6 Pear Tree Business Center, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2BD.
This being the case we also have a new national telephone number which will be 03451 540 338 although we will still be contactable on the existing number 01279 453 444 for up to three months while we phase it out.
The move has been in our sights for a while now as we have always wanted to operate from a premises which is more suited to our requirements and would better reflect our professional image, once the move has been completed it will further aid us in our quest for decentralisation enabling us to offer an improved level of service with even faster turnaround times!
The new and improved depot will help us to stay in line with our company culture of continuous improvement, over the past 3 years Tecserv has invested over £250,000 into our organisation providing our staff with the necessary tools to improve the level of service our clients experience. One example of this type of investment is our web based customer portal known as System Dynamo, the feedback obtained by our clients who are utilising this service is nothing but amazing which really is great bearing in mind the amount of hard work that has gone into its development and is still ongoing! Yes that's correct further updates are still being worked on which will provide even more transparency when Tecserv are handling your equipment.
Just to give you an idea of how far Tecserv have come over the years, we originally started out as an organisation that operated one vehicle with two installation technicians from a garage in Enfield! We have since grown considerably to become one of the most dominant photocopier installation specialist in the industry, operating a fleet of ten vehicles from three strategically located premises across the UK with the view to expand our reach even further over foreseeable future!
