Tecserv Update Fleet In Line With Continuous Improvement Plan

Tecserv have purchased three new vehicles in 2016 with a combined investment cost of £90,000!

The new vehicles will be fitted with 750kg tail-lifts which will provide a larger carrying capacity compared to our standard 500kg tail-lifts which are currently installed to the fleet, all vehicles will now have our custom built luton boxes installed as standard which are specially designed to our specification for the transportation of photocopy equipment.

The fleet are now also fully tracked so we are able to provide more accurate arrival times as well as having the added security of knowing where the vehicles are throughout the day, we have also decided to install HD Dashcams to every vehicle to protect us against the unlikely event of rogue claims as well as reducing our insurance premium.

The three new vehicles have been purchased to update the older vehicles on our fleet as we prefer not to operate vehicles that are over 6 years old, at Tecserv we constantly strive to update the fleet keeping our vehicles looking clean and tidy as well as attempting to keep our fuel consumption and maintenance costs to a minimum.

Over the 15 years we have been operating we have received many positive comments on how clean and tidy our vehicles are which is very rewarding due to the amount of work that is put into keeping them this way. We are firm believers that image is crucial to our clients business especially as we are often the first point of contact the customer will experience once the contract has been signed, we therefore feel it would be unfair to arrive at one of our clients customers premises in a unclean and decrepit vehicle as we would not be projecting the image expected of a professional photocopier handling specialist.
