Tecserv have finally reached the latter stages of their decentralization and restructuring process!
Over the course of the last year we have been striving to make it possible for our clients to have their boxed equipment delivered direct to the depot that will be handling the delivery on their behalf, we expect this process change to improve the lead times our clients experience whilst contributing to the reduction of our overall carbon footprint giving our clients piece of mind that we are an environmentally considerate organization.
This is a big milestone for tecserv as not only does it demonstrate our determination to continually improve our organization and the services we offer the industry as a whole, it also indicates we are listening to our client's requirements and adjusting our business accordingly to ensure we are the industry's leading photocopier handling specialist.
